Recycling

Recycling is an important part of keeping our planet healthy.  J and R Enterprises supports this initiative with the following recycling program.

Glass Recycling

Unlike plastic, glass can be recycled many, many times over.  Please note that glass must be clean, if dirty glass is found, it will not be collected until the issue is resolved.

Accepted Glass Items: Clean glass food and beverage containers, with or without labels, all colors of glass are OK.

Not Accepted Glass Items: Windows or windshields, ceramic, porcelain or milk glass.  No boxes or bags.  No laminated glass.

Standard Accepted Items

Newspaper, magazines, mixed paper, chipboard, corrugated cardboard, plastics (numbers 1-7), tin, steel and aluminum cans.

Not Accepted Items

Tires, batteries, appliances, electronics, paint, yard waste, TV's, concrete/construction material.  If you need to dispose of any of these items, please contact us for details.

Pickup Schedule

Recycling is picked up on the same day as your municipal pickup day.
